On Monday, September 3rd, we noticed late in the evening that Abby felt really warm. We took her temperature and her fever was 100.0. Mike stayed home from work with her the next day and took her to her pediatrician. They said it was a normal bug, and would last a few more days. Mike stayed home on Wednesday, too. I missed work on Thursday, and we were both off on Friday for the funeral. She is much better now.
While she was sick, she was quiet and withdrawn. She wasn't crying out loud at all. Just fussy. How lucky I am...
